ABOUT US

The Salvation Army has a long history of camp ministry dating back to the 1890s. Across the United States, almost 200,000 children attended summer camp thanks to The Salvation Army. At Hidden Falls Camp, we work with disadvantaged children from all across Indiana to minister to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs in the beauty of the great outdoors.

These children are full of promise, with unlimited potential just waiting to be unlocked. Hidden Falls Camp is a place where they can just be a kid again, a place where they can dare to dream for a brighter future in spite of their circumstances. They return home with hearts bursting with God’s love and the knowledge that there are people in this world who truly care about them.

Our Mission: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
