What is the minimum number I need to have in my group?
Hidden Falls Camp & Conference can accommodate groups as small as 5 and as large as 300.
What happens if my number of group participants changes?
We ask that you call us as soon as possible so we can be prepared for the change to better serve you.
How far in advance can I book an event?
You can schedule an event up to one year in advance.
What are your deadlines for payment?
We request that a reservation deposit as well as a security deposit is made 60 days in advance to ensure dates are secured.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash and checks for the reservation deposit, but the security deposit must be a check. We will void the check and send it back to your group leader upon inspection of the accommodation.
Is there a fee for parking?
No, parking is free.
Is covered parking available?
Unfortunately not at this time.
What is your policy on smoking, alcohol and illegal substances?
Hidden Falls Camp & Conference Center is a drug-free campus, which includes alcohol. There are dedicated smoking areas available.
What is your emergency procedure?
If any physical ailments occur, the Camp Director is the live-on health officer and can provide some aid. 911 may be called in any dire emergency, but please notify the Camp Director immediately after doing so. In the event of a tornado, Centerwood is our designated shelter area.
Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all buildings are wheelchair accessible.
Will my room be cleaned each day?
No, however if anything specific is needed, contact our guest service staff and they will be happy to take care of any needs.
Are bedding and towels provided?
Bedding and towels are available for guests staying in our suites. Bedding and towels are available for guests not staying in our suites for a small fee.
Is Wifi available?
Yes, with the exception of our cabins, all of our buildings have Wifi.
Are meals provided?
Yes, all meals can be provided or you can choose to prepare your own meals.
Can I choose my group’s menus?
Hidden Falls Camp & Conference has a wide variety of entrees and sides to choose from.
Can we bring our own food to cook?
Yes, if you rent the Rowland Cottage or the Ober Suites, they have kitchens for preparing your own meals. You must be ServSafe Certified in order to rent our industrial kitchen. We also have grills you can rent if you’d prefer to grill out.
Do you have specialized dietary food items – vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.?
Yes, we are capable of cooking for nearly any dietary need, however, we require a 2-week notice to be sure our kitchen is prepared. Although we can accommodate most needs, we are not an allergen free kitchen. We offer salad bars with lunch and dinner. If there is anything we cannot provide, we do have a fridge and microwave in the dining area for individuals to supplement their own meals.
Can we bring our own snacks?
Yes, although we ask to have no food or open drinks in our Chapel. We can also schedule to have our snack shop open at whatever time is convenient for your group.
If we skip a meal, do we still have to pay full price?
No, prices are a la carte, so you pay for what you want.
Do we have to share mealtime with other groups staying at Hidden Falls Camp & Conference Center?
We can arrange to have different mealtimes so you go through the buffet with your group, but the dining hall will be shared with other groups. We do seat groups separately to allow for space between our guests.
